They provide end-to-end services — strategy and TAM/ICP mapping, verified decision-maker databases, coordinated email/LinkedIn/phone sequences, lead management and qualification, CRM/HubSpot setup, reporting, and booking of qualified first meetings. Webtouch focuses on Swiss B2B companies with complex, high-value products and services (software/SaaS, IT services, consulting), operates on a results-oriented pricing model (pay-per-result), and emphasizes measurable pipeline growth and weekly optimization.

• Call managing directors and IT managers • Conduct brief qualification calls • Book appointments for clients • Make daily calls to Swiss SMEs from prepared lists • Follow a proven call script • Enter appointments directly into the CRM and add them to the calendar • Document brief notes for each conversation • Open the conversation and secure the right appointment without making a sale over the phone

• Native Swiss German speaker (MUST-have requirement) • Experience in B2B telephone acquisition is an advantage (MUST-have requirement) • Availability of at least 80% (not a part-time position) • Ability to sound friendly and convincing even after 50 “no” responses • Ideally, your own setup: laptop, stable internet connection, and headset • Excellent spelling and the ability to quickly navigate digital tools • Willingness to contact managing directors and IT managers by phone • Interest in sales and willingness to pursue further training
