DASSAULT SYSTEMES is seeking an AI / Machine Learning Engineer to join our R&D organization. This individual will contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of generative AI applications, services, and software solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with practical experience applying AI and machine learning technologies in production environments.

•        Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI applications using LLM and machine learning technologies

•        Collaborate with product management, architects, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI solutions that address user and business needs

•        Develop, deploy and integrate machine learning models, agentic AI workflows and Retrieval augmented generation systems

•        Conduct prototypes and proof-of-concept initiatives to evaluate new technologies and approaches

•        Develop high-quality, maintainable code while participating in code reviews and continuous improvement efforts

•        Analyze application performance, user feedback, and usage metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement

•        Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to software quality and operational excellence

4 to 5 years

•        B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field

•        4+ years of experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on Generative AI solutions
