Launched in 2021, Fanatics Betting and Gaming is the online and retail sports betting subsidiary of Fanatics, a global digital sports platform. The Fanatics Sportsbook is available to 95% of the addressable online sports bettor market in the U.S. Fanatics Casino is currently available online in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Fanatics Betting and Gaming operates twenty-two retail sports betting locations, including the only sportsbook inside an NFL stadium at Northwest Stadium. As an Engineering Manager, Client Services at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you’ll lead engineers within the Sportsbook Client team—an innovative, culturally driven group powering the rapidly growing Fanatics Sportsbook app. The team owns the core customer experience, from showcasing markets, events, and player statistics to rendering highly dynamic, real-time data. Together, we build features that elevate performance, usability, and engagement, driving customer loyalty through an exceptional user experience. You are expected to partner with product and design leadership to shape strategy, optimize engineering processes, remove blockers, and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence. You play a key role in growing engineering talent, driving delivery rigor, and ensuring your team consistently executes against business commitments.

- Partner closely with product, design, and technical leadership to prioritize work, align team roadmaps with business strategy, and balance feature delivery with technical debt.
