The role involves handling RFQs, obtaining quotations, negotiating with suppliers, and preparing comparison statements. You will also release purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery, helping maintain smooth production flow. Required - Basic knowledge of purchase functions - Experience sending RFQs and obtaining quotations - Ability to negotiate and prepare comparison statements - Proficiency in releasing purchase orders via email - Strong follow-up skills for material delivery - Good communication and email etiquette Nice to Have - Familiarity with manufacturing or ERP systems - Graduate degree in commerce or supply chain - Basic MS Excel skills for tracking - Knowledge of vendor management
