* Build client relationships, understand needs, coordinate tailored consulting solutions, and maintain client satisfaction. * Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and prepare proposals and presentations. * Coordinate with consulting and finance teams to deliver services on time and within scope. * Track regional market trends, contribute to business development, and report account metrics to leadership.

* Strong client and account management, stakeholder communication, negotiation, presentation, and proposal development skills. * Experience in business consulting or business setup/company formation, with exposure to accounting and tax services. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with financial data and performance metrics. * Able to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize in a fast-paced client-focused environment. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage. * Prior regional or key account management experience, ideally in consulting, financial services, or professional services. * Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus. * Knowledge of the UAE and GCC business environment and regulatory landscape is highly desirable.
