* 3+ years of experience in art direction & creative strategy, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or creative agencies/studios * Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign and art direction work & experience across digital, print, and product applications * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite * Hands-on experience with creative AI tools (e.g., image generation, editing, ideation) * Excellent visual taste and a deep understanding of fashion aesthetics and trends * Ability to think conceptually and execute at a high level * Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills
