* 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend engineering, with a strong focus on modern PHP (8+) and frameworks like Symfony or Laravel * Deep experience writing clean, idiomatic Go and leveraging its native concurrency primitives (goroutines, channels) to build high-throughput, low-latency APIs. * Solid grasp of core engineering principles (SOLID, clean architecture) and distributed system design * Strong experience optimizing data and caching layers using MySQL (indexing, query tuning) and Redis (caching patterns, data structures) * Hands-on experience or active interest in using GenAI tools to streamline development workflows or build modern product features * Proactive problem solver capable of tackling complex technical tasks independently from initial design to production deployment * Collaborative team player with strong English communication skills, dedicated to code quality, peer mentorship, and elevating overall team performance
