* Act as the bridge between Dassault Systèmes and its outside partner ecosystem, turning casual business relationships into structured, high-value partnerships. * Grow partnership programs from basic setups into mature, goal-driven ecosystems. * Build multi-year business plans that align with company revenue goals. * Design and launch regional Go-To-Market (GTM) joint offerings with partners. * Drive partner-sourced pipeline and improve win rates. * Work closely with internal sales and strategy teams to align partners with account plans and set clear rules of engagement.

8 to 10 years

* 5 to 9 years of experience in channel management, alliance development, or technology consulting. * Proven track record of growing partner relationships and increasing partner-sourced revenue. * Experience building business plans and measuring results through pipeline, win rates, and revenue. * Familiarity with major software platforms and ecosystems such as Salesforce, AWS, or Veeva. * Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, including with senior stakeholders. * Background in Life Sciences is a strong advantage.
