Executive – IT

Job Responsibilities

* Looking for 2 to 4 years of experience in manufacturing industry * Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, and cloud systems. * Support users with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and business applications. * Quickly troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems. * Follow cybersecurity best practices and maintain strong security controls. * Monitor for security threats and respond to any incidents. * Keep records of IT assets, software licenses, and service contracts. * Work with vendors for purchasing and technical support. * Ensure all IT activities follow company policies and legal standards. * Create and update system documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
