About the role
We are looking for a Growth Owner to take our Mandir Puja & Chadhava vertical to the next level. In a pre-Series A startup, titles are fluid—but your impact won't be. You aren't just running ads; you are building the engine. You’ll be the voice that connects ancient traditions with modern devotees.
What you would do
* Fuel the Engine (Performance & Growth): Manage a monthly marketing budget over ₹1 Crore. Work with the best digital marketers in the country to slash our CAC by 50% while aggressively scaling volume. * Launchpad for "Big Bets": Own the strategy and execution for our 0-to-1 initiatives. Design unique Loyalty Programs, launch LifeGuru in international markets, or test vernacular campaigns—you’ll pitch it, build it, and launch it. * Cross-Functional Catalyst: Coordinate with Ops, Tech, and Product to unlock new channels of growth. Enable new features to boost retention or align operations for massive festival campaigns. * Product-Led Growth: Own the Product Marketing strategy, optimizing the user journey on the app to improve conversion rates and traffic flow. * Data Meets Devotion: Build robust data models to predict user behavior. Ensure our brand voice resonates with a new-age believer while respecting the sanctity of the service.
