Prepare schedules, coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and follow up with equipment makers. Assist with equipment concepts, specifications, design reviews, installation, prove-out, and process know-how. Ensure safe, efficient assembly processes and timely project delivery. Required - Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field - 2+ years in assembly shop or manufacturing operations - Knowledge of assembly processes and shop-floor practices - Experience with equipment installation and prove-out - Ability to coordinate schedules and project activities - Strong communication and follow-up skills Nice to Have - Equipment concept and specification preparation - Manufacturing progress follow-up with vendors - Mechanical design or drawing interpretation - Lean manufacturing or process improvement
