We're hiring an Enterprise Technical Account Manager to own the full customer lifecycle for our largest accounts - from post-sale kickoff through production deployment, steady-state operations, and expansion. You'll be the technical point of contact that enterprise security teams rely on to operationalize Cogent in their environment and get measurable outcomes from it.
What you would do
- Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle from deployment kickoff through go-live, ongoing operations, and renewal
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise accounts, building deep relationships with security leadership, engineering teams, and IT operations
- Lead deployment planning and execution: data source onboarding, integration validation, stakeholder alignment, and go-live readiness
- Help customers operationalize vulnerability management workflows inside Cogent - asset identification, risk scoring configuration, remediation prioritization, and compliance reporting
