• Challenge advanced language models on HR topics including labor-code compliance, workplace investigations, onboarding workflows, DEI initiatives, training and development strategies, and cross-border HR policies • Document model failure modes to improve reasoning • Converse with the model in English and French about real-world HR scenarios and theoretical questions • Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses • Capture reproducible error traces • Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Help create high-quality training data for AI supporting HR operations, talent management, organizational development, global workforces, and employee experience

• Fluent in French • Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organizational development, labor law, and HRIS systems • Deep familiarity with HR practices in French-speaking regions • Experience with HR operations in international or bilingual environments • Ability to converse with AI models in both English and French on real-world HR scenarios and theoretical questions • Ability to verify factual accuracy and logical soundness • Ability to capture reproducible error traces • Ability to suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics • Clear, metacognitive communication ('showing your work') • Professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD signal fit but are not stated as required • Master's degree in human resources, business administration, labor relations, or a closely related field is described as ideal, not required
