They’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design the backend systems that turn LLM capabilities into reliable, production-grade products.
What you would do
* Design and build backend services in Python, FastAPI and PostgreSQL that support real-time AI interactions and large-scale data flows * Shape the architecture of the AI platform by defining service boundaries, interfaces and scalable design patterns * Build high-performance APIs and microservices that power AI agents, orchestration engines and content pipelines under heavy load * Integrate with leading LLM providers and build reliable orchestration, routing and execution safeguards * Put AI features into production with solid error handling, guardrails, telemetry and observability * Lead engineering decisions through architecture reviews, mentoring, and setting standards for testing, resilience and maintainability * Strengthen CI/CD and DevOps automation for fast, stable, cloud-native delivery * Work closely with ML engineers, product and design to turn early AI concepts into scalable systems
What they are looking for
* 4+ years building backend systems, APIs and microservices * Strong Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL and AWS * Deep understanding of distributed systems, architecture and data modeling * Experience with AI-driven systems or agent-based architectures * A track record of shipping highly reliable production systems * Excellent debugging skills and clear cross-functional communication * Comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments
* Embeddings, vector search or RAG retrieval patterns * Hands-on experience with LLM APIs or orchestration frameworks * Strong opinions on testing, automation and operational robustness
