* Experience: 5 to 10 Years * SCM Application Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in SCM applications to optimize supply chain processes and solutions. * Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at various levels to understand their requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful project delivery. * Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams. * Solution Design: Develop and implement APO solutions that align with business objectives and enhance supply chain efficiency. * Project Management: Lead and manage SCM projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. * Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using SCM applications. * Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to drive operational excellence. * Service Management: Apply knowledge of service management principles to ensure high-quality support and maintenance of SCM applications. * SAP ECC Applications: Leverage expertise in SAP ECC applications to integrate and enhance SCM solutions. * Manufacturing Integration: Demonstrate strong integration knowledge with manufacturing modules and applications to ensure seamless SCM operations. * Team Working Skills: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and enhance overall. * Business Savings: Identify and implement improvements that drive business savings and enhance operational efficiency.
