* Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and status reports. * Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, leadership, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution. * Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes while proactively addressing challenges. * Utilize Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies to support project delivery and communicate progress to stakeholders.

* Strong experience managing IT projects in complex, cross-functional environments. * Solid understanding of IT project lifecycles, project planning, budgeting, resource management, and risk mitigation. * Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies. * Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. * PMP certification is a plus.
