Title: Project Coordinator IV

We are looking for a Project Coordinator IV with strong technical product operations experience, advanced data analysis skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple workstreams. This role will support cross-functional product initiatives, use data to identify opportunities and risks, and leverage AI and automation tools to improve workflows and operational outcomes.

* Support program execution across multiple products and platforms, including 0-to-1 initiatives and process improvements. * Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to collect, transform, and analyze product and operational data. * Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support real-time decision-making. * Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and prototype solutions. * Identify program risks and develop data-backed mitigation strategies. * Manage multiple workstreams while coordinating closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders. * Use data and critical thinking to identify root causes, anticipate roadblocks, and drive solutions. * Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates clearly to stakeholders.

* 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, program management, or technical product operations. * Advanced SQL proficiency, including CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data transformations. * Experience using AI agents or AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity and automate processes. * Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, documentation, and automated workflows. * Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent workstreams. * Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills. * Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and changing requirements.

* Experience with VS Code or similar development environments. * Experience with AI-assisted development, vibe coding, low-code/no-code solutions, or AI-generated code. * Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau, Looker, or similar tools. * Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data infrastructure concepts. * Experience partnering with Engineering teams on technical specifications and requirements. * Background in quality assurance, triage operations, or AI/ML validation workflows. * Experience developing and implementing manual or automated testing strategies for products and features. * Experience working in large-scale technology or product-driven organizations.
