Total Rewards & HRIS Analyst

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Total Rewards & HRIS Analyst to support benefits administration, HR systems, workforce analytics, and reporting. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong benefits experience, advanced Excel skills, and a passion for leveraging data to improve HR processes and employee experience. Key Responsibilities • Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, leave, and wellness plans. • Lead Open Enrollment and serve as a resource for employee benefits inquiries. • Maintain HRIS data integrity, reporting, audits, and system enhancements. • Develop HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and management reports. • Support compensation analysis and annual planning activities. • Assist with labor budgeting and workforce planning initiatives. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree required. • 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in Benefits, HRIS, Total Rewards, or HR Analytics. • Strong benefits administration experience required. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and complex formulas. • Strong HRIS knowledge and systems aptitude. • Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or Oracle Fusion preferred. • Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus. • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
