Design, build and evaluate applications powered by state-of-the-art LLMs.

Integrate AI models into customer-facing products, backend services and internal data workflows.

Develop AI-powered applications using techniques such as RAG, AI harnesses and classifiers.

Build and improve agentic AI systems for complex workflows.

Develop evaluation frameworks to measure model quality and performance.

Monitor AI systems and improve accuracy, latency, cost and reliability.

Establish controls that ensure AI applications operate reliably and securely in production.

Work directly with technical founders to identify and implement high-impact AI capabilities.
