About the role
The AI Solutions Developer / AI Application Engineer will be responsible for understanding garment manufacturing operations and developing practical AI-driven applications that improve production visibility, efficiency, decision-making, and on-time delivery. This role is not a pure research or Data Scientist position; it requires someone who can take ownership from Business Problem → Data Analysis → Solution Design → Development → ERP Integration → Deployment → Increase Staff Efficiency → Measurable Business Result.

* AI-Driven Production & Delivery Tracking * Production Efficiency Tracker * Sampling Tracking * Marker & Pattern Analytics (focus on improving fabric utilization and reducing material cost) * Automated MIS & Management Dashboards
What they are looking for
* Experience with WFX ERP or other Apparel / Manufacturing ERP systems * Strong hands-on experience in Application Development, Python, SQL, REST APIs, JSON, Backend application development, and Database integration * Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django, Node.js, or equivalent is preferred * Practical knowledge of Generative AI / LLMs, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Forecasting, Anomaly Detection, Recommendation Systems, RAG / Enterprise AI Search, AI Agents / Workflow Automation, and Prompt Engineering * Experience in SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MySQL or similar, Data modelling, Data integration, ETL / data pipelines, Power BI or similar BI platform, and Dashboard development * Experience in garment manufacturing is preferred * Understanding of Buyer / Style / PO / BOM. / Fabric & trims, Sampling. / Pattern & Marker, Cutting. / Sewing. / Finishing./ Packing, SAM / SMV. / WIP / PPC / OTIF * Comfortable working directly with factory and production teams
* Strong ownership, Good analytical skills, Practical development experience, Understanding of business processes, Ability to communicate with non-technical users, Ability to work with Production and Factory teams, Strong problem-solving skills, Rapid prototyping capability, Result-oriented working style, Ability to recommend the right technology rather than following AI trends.
