Video Editor (AI Video Annotation)

We are seeking Video Editors to support a video annotation project involving footage of robotic arms completing real-world tasks. You’ll use your expertise in video analysis, timing, continuity, and visual judgment to create accurate training data for next-generation AI systems.

No prior AI, robotics, or data annotation experience is required — your visual and editing expertise is what matters.

* Review robotic-arm video footage using detailed annotation guidelines. * Identify and label actions, object interactions, transitions, outcomes, and errors. * Apply frame-by-frame analysis to determine when actions begin, change, and end. * Use annotation tools to mark video events precisely and consistently. * Flag unclear footage and document visual observations and ambiguities. * Review annotations and provide quality-control feedback when requested. * Complete assigned batches accurately and within deadlines.

* Professional or academic background in video editing, filmmaking, post-production, or audiovisual production. * Strong understanding of timing, continuity, movement, and visual consistency. * Excellent attention to detail during frame-level video review. * Strong written communication skills. * Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently and work independently.

* Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, or similar tools. * Previous experience with video annotation, visual QA, AI training, or robotics. * Experience reviewing footage for detailed timing and continuity issues.

Location: Remote

* Competitive compensation of $50–$90/hour. * Independent contractor engagement. * Fully remote and flexible project-based work. * Approximately 250 positions available.
