* Drive delivery of data initiatives, ensuring milestones, risks, and dependencies are tracked and clearly communicated * Produce concise executive updates that highlight progress, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions for senior leadership * Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and document processes, collaborating across technology, business, risk, compliance, and operations teams * Support data foundation efforts including cloud migration, data modeling, data dictionaries, reporting frameworks, master data management, and data warehouse decommissioning * Write and manage Jira stories and backlogs, support sprint planning and Agile ceremonies, and drive adoption through clear documentation and communications

What Gets You the Job

* 7+ years of experience in project, program, or delivery leadership roles within data, technology, or data-driven environments * Exceptional executive communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write clear, concise decks and summaries for C-suite audiences * Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, with the judgment to apply the right approach based on context * Strong proficiency in Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, plus a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration * Preferred: master data management experience (Semarchy a plus), data warehouse migration or decommissioning work, familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or Snowflake, exposure to asset management or fund/portfolio data, and PMP or Agile/Scrum certification
