* Education & Experience: Successfully completed university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing) and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in Pricing, Commercial, CRM, Marketing, Analytics, or E-Commerce * Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, confidence in working with data and numbers, and a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working * Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as experience collaborating across functions with a wide range of stakeholders * Tools & Methods: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with data-driven analysis and digital tools is an advantage * Language Skills: Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken * Nice to Have: Passion for e-commerce and data-driven business models
