As a Senior AI Analytics Engineer in our Data Team, you will serve as a key link between Data Engineering, Technology, and Product teams. Your primary responsibilities will involve operationalizing AI/LLM models, developing scalable data transformation pipelines, standardizing data models, and implementing best practices.

In addition to your core duties in analytics engineering, you will also be involved as a technical Business Analyst on certain data projects, collaborating with business units to translate operational needs into clear technical requirements.

* Interpret business requirements and transform them into functional specifications, data needs, reporting logic, and dashboard scope * Develop BI reports, dashboards, data models, and analytical solutions based on identified requirements * Translate business process scenarios and KPI requirements into user-friendly visual analytics solutions * Assist in testing, validation, user acceptance, and deployment of BI solutions * Troubleshoot report defects, data inconsistencies, refresh issues, and performance problems in collaboration with data engineering and infrastructure teams * Manage service documentation, support materials, and knowledge resources to enhance operational effectiveness * Monitor BI service, dashboard usage, data accuracy, and suggest enhancements as necessary * Support KPI definition, tracking performance, and fulfilling management reporting needs
