What you would do
* Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM and RBAC. * Manage Azure, Intune, Defender XDR and Microsoft Sentinel. * Implement Zero Trust and Azure security best practices. * Investigate and respond to security incidents. * Provide Level 3 technical support and complex troubleshooting. * Support ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change and Service Requests. * Maintain SOPs, runbooks and technical documentation. * Participate in CAB and continuous service improvement activities.

* 10+ years' relevant experience in ICT/cloud/security. * Strong Microsoft Azure and cybersecurity expertise. * Experience with threat evaluation and security incident response. * Strong knowledge of IAM, MFA, Zero Trust and Microsoft Purview. * Proven Level 3 support and ITIL experience. * Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
