Work format

* Schedule aligned with global demand (recommended  flexible availability based on peak demand during international hours)

* Format similar to remote call center or BPO environments — this is a freelance engagement, not employment

Scope of Services

* Respond to inbound travel-related inquiries

* Provide customer support in English

* Recommend flight options and travel services

* Complete bookings and manage follow-ups

* Maintain high service quality standards

Training

* 2-week onboarding program

* Practical learning with booking systems

* Continuous support and mentoring

Earnings progression

* Training stage: learning phase

* Beginner: $300–$600/month

* Intermediate: $700–$1200/month

* Advanced: $1500+ monthly

Requirements

* Fluent English

* Strong communication skills

* Self-organization and reliability

* Experience in call center or customer support is beneficial
