THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION in Austin, TX.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation.

- Support the reliability, scalability, and performance of development and production environments.

- Improve developer workflows through automation, tooling, and documentation.

- Contribute to observability efforts, including monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and incident response.

- Partner with software engineers and platform teams to troubleshoot issues and improve delivery processes.

- Participate in on-call rotations and help resolve operational incidents.

- Help maintain infrastructure standards, security practices, and operational runbooks.

- Support cost-conscious engineering through efficient infrastructure usage and tagging practices.

What Will Make You a Great Fit

- Demonstrated experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles within an enterprise or multi-team environment.

- Hands-on experience with production cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerized/orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes/EKS).

- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) workflows (e.g., Terraform) and managing environment-specific configurations.

- Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.

- Demonstrated operational experience, including participating in on-call rotations, managing production incidents, and using observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, Grafana).

- Familiarity with managing work via formal ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and cross-functional coordination.

- A focus on service reliability, documentation (runbooks), and operational excellence.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a proven ability to identify root causes and work collaboratively across diverse engineering teams.
