Job title: ASM Number of candidates required for this profile: 4 Salary Range in INR (max-minimum/month): 10-12 lacs.pa Function: Sales – Salon & Retail Vertical Male/Female Preference: Male

 Candidate has to be from the salon professional industry with minimum 5+ years of experience of Salon Industry.  To build channel partners across region to run business.  To ensure primary & secondary business distributor wise, managing 8-10 distributors & monthly turnover of 20-30 lacs CLP  To increase sales & distribution in terms of value as well as volume  To form strategies to counter compition salons  Good knowledge of retail & wholesale market  Ensure secondary of all SKU’s in market & focus on range selling in salons.  Good Leadership & Team handling. Guiding the team to achieve the monthly target & mission of the company.  To execute the business plan for assigned territory  Promotion & marketing plan for assigned territory  Business growth, customer retention & upgradation training of clients & new salons acquisitions  Planning & organizing the education seminars in the area, trainings in salons.
