* Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a comparable qualification * 5+ years of professional experience in Retail Media, E-Commerce, Performance Marketing, Platform Consulting, or Account Management, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle industry * Strong analytical mindset with a high affinity for data and the ability to translate performance metrics into clear, actionable business recommendations * Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with experience explaining complex platform concepts to a variety of stakeholders * Strong stakeholder management skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for enabling teams and building long-term customer relationships * Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, particularly Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, and Meta * Fluent in English and German
