Create 3D models, assemblies, and drawings using CATIA V5. Apply DFMEA, GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and DFM/DFA principles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate materials, processes, and production-ready designs. Required - CATIA V5: Part Modelling, GSD, Drafting, Assembly - Plastics and Sheetmetal manufacturing knowledge - DFMEA, tolerance stack-up, GD&T expertise - Mechanical design, DFM/DFA, design optimization - Materials, manufacturing processes, product validation - Strong analytical, communication, cross-functional teamwork Nice to Have - Safety critical parts: steering wheels, airbags - Basic simulation or CAE tool knowledge - Automotive product development experience - Design optimization techniques exposure
