Collection Supervisor

As a Collection Supervisor at RAB, you'll own how we recover what drivers owe — outstanding rental fees, Own Risk charges, and ETLE fines while keeping good drivers on the road. You'll lead the collection team, set the strategy from early reminders to repossession, and make sure every payment is recorded correctly in our systems. Your results will show directly in lower outstanding balances, faster recovery, and healthier cash flow. You'll work closely with Business Operations & Process Control, Finance, Vehicle Ops, and the Driver Support team.

You'll lead the Collection team at RAB, a car rental serving GoCar drivers across Jabodetabek. The team keeps the business healthy by recovering what's owed while treating drivers fairly — many of them are long-term partners we want to keep. We work closely with ops, finance, and process control, rely on real data to decide where to focus, and keep improving how collection runs day to day. Our mission is a collection operation that is firm, fair, and fully traceable, and we'd love you to build it with us.

* Own the collection strategy and targets across all bill types (outstanding rental fee, Own Risk, ETLE), by aging bucket. * Lead and coach the collection team (desk call, field/checkpoint, and repossession), set daily targets, scripts, and performance reviews. * Design and run the escalation path from reminder to payment plan, unit hold, repossession, and legal action, with clear criteria for each step — including handling cases such as embezzled or missing units with police, legal counsel, and other institutions. * Ensure every payment is recorded and reconciled in FMS, working with Finance to close gaps. * Monitor and report collection KPIs recovery rate, DPD/aging, roll rate, promise-to-pay kept, collector productivity. * Partner with Vehicle Ops and Driver Support on unit recovery, disputes, and driver retention cases. * Improve collection SOPs and tools with Process Control, using data to find where drivers fall behind and why.

* 5+ years of experience in collection or credit recovery, with at least 2 years leading a team — ideally in vehicle rental, multifinance, leasing, ride-hailing, or fintech lending. * Hands-on experience with desk and field collection, unit repossession, and litigation — filing police reports, preparing evidence, and working with police, courts, lawyers, and leasing or insurance companies on legal cases. * Strong command of collection metrics and target setting. * Good data skills: advanced spreadsheets; experience with collection or billing systems is a plus. * Understanding of payment reconciliation and working with finance on recorded balances. * Firm but fair negotiation and communication skills with drivers, and the ability to motivate a frontline team. * Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; based in Jabodetabek and able to go to the field and pools when needed.
