Medical Representative

Zenwell is expanding its cardiac-diabeto division in the Noida and Ghaziabad belt and needs six representatives who enjoy the daily rhythm of doctor calls. The division’s brands are established, so doors open easily — the job is deepening prescriptions, not cold introductions. Daily allowance, fuel reimbursement, and quarterly incentives sit on top of the fixed CTC, and the division head started as an MR here nine years ago.

* Detail 10–12 doctors and visit 4–5 chemists daily as per the approved tour plan * Grow prescriptions for the division’s top four cardiac and anti-diabetic brands * Execute CMEs, camps, and small-group doctor meetings within the compliance budget * Track secondary sales at stockist level and correct availability gaps weekly * Report calls in the SFA app the same day with accurate POB entries * Gather competitor launch and scheme intelligence and flag it to the ASM

* 1–3 years as a medical representative in any therapy area * Fluent Hindi and functional English for scientific detailing * Own two-wheeler with valid licence * Comfort with a field-first routine — reporting to the office only on Mondays * Basic understanding of cardiac or diabetes therapy is an advantage during selection

* Existing relationships with cardiologists or physicians in Noida/Ghaziabad * Experience launching a new brand in a mature market * A record of winning a divisional or zonal sales award
