• Support the Creative team with the operational execution of performance ads for EVERYMAN and EVERYWOMAN • Work closely with the Creative Strategist • Turn existing creative concepts into complete, compelling UGC scripts for Meta Ads • Transfer existing scripts into standardized document templates and prepare them for production • Develop suitable B-roll scenes and visual directions to support the advertising message • Create complete creator briefs for UGC creators • Maintain scripts and briefs in a structured manner in the project management tool Linear • Ensure scripts are complete, easy to understand, and meet quality standards • Execute tasks efficiently and independently while continuously improving the creative production process

• You are studying Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Creative Concept Development, or a comparable subject. • You have a basic understanding of Meta Ads, UGC Ads, and performance marketing. • You are familiar with terms such as hooks, angles, pain points, direct response copywriting, and B-roll. • You have a strong command of language and can develop natural, compelling advertising scripts from predefined ideas. • You think visually and understand how visual language, B-roll, and storytelling work together. • You work in a structured and reliable manner and have high quality standards. • You can complete tasks quickly and efficiently without overlooking important details. • You take initiative, think proactively, and enjoy working independently. • Initial practical experience writing UGC scripts or performance ad copy. • Experience with Meta Ads, creative testing, or UGC content production. • Experience with Google Docs, Linear, or comparable tools. • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to support copywriting and creative workflows. • Interest in health tech, e-commerce, or digital health products.
