Drive Gemba installation support, robot tooling tuning, productivity improvement, and progress reporting within 1-3 years manufacturing operations. Required - 1-3 years press engineering/operations experience - Bachelor's in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering - Knowledge of press equipment and installation - Experience with project scheduling and coordination - Understanding of shop layout and facility planning - Familiarity with safety and legal compliance Nice to Have - Robot tooling and tuning exposure - AutoCAD or layout design skills - Cost control and project costing experience - Gemba problem-solving in manufacturing
