Investigates vehicle defects, triggers containment actions, and analyzes production data for cross-functional reporting. Supervises 8-10 members, allocates work, improves processes, handles abnormalities, and supports team achievement of SQPCH targets. Required - Experience supervising a team of 8-10 members - Investigate vehicle defects and trigger containment - Summarize, analyze, and prioritize manufacturing data - Communicate with cross-functional teams on issues - Basic system knowledge and report making skills - Support team members to achieve SQPCH targets Nice to Have - Experience in vehicle manufacturing or assembly - Knowledge of Kaizen or continuous improvement tools - Familiarity with abnormality management systems - Exposure to quality control and containment processes
