Why This TÜV SÜD Marketing Internship Stands Out

* This is a corporate functions and business support role, so you see how marketing runs behind the scenes at a global testing and certification company. * This is coordination-heavy work, not creative campaign design. If you enjoy planning, tracking, and keeping things on schedule, you will like it. * Good choice for candidates looking for a first internship in marketing operations, and it is beginner-friendly if your Excel and PowerPoint basics are in place.

What you would do

* Coordinate with external agencies and internal hubs so that communication goes out on time and activities run smoothly. * Track tickets raised for marketing work and follow up until each one is properly closed. * Keep an eye on task progress and keep pinging the right people about pending actions and deliverables. * Prepare reports, trackers, and status updates that the team uses in Business Unit (BU) calls and reviews. * Maintain clean documentation of activities, updates, decisions, and action items while supporting daily marketing coordination.

Practical Advice Before You Apply

* Build a simple Excel tracker (task, owner, deadline, status) and keep it ready. Even a sample from a college fest or club project shows you can do exactly what this role needs. * Pick one or two college marketing projects or past internships and be ready to explain them clearly, since the interview team goes through your academic and work experience. * Show coordination in your resume with real examples, like handling vendors, sponsors, or team deadlines for a college event. Recruiters here care more about follow-up habits than flashy design skills. * Prepare two or three questions about team culture and daily tasks. You will get time to ask, and good questions leave a strong impression. * Apply early instead of waiting for the last day.
