We are looking for a Business Associate to join our team and help turn data into strategic decisions that drive growth and margin directly alongside our founders and leadership team.

How Will You Make an Impact?

* Work directly with founders and top management, translating data into strategic decisions that move the P&L, not just slide decks.

* Own the full analytics lifecycle — from raw data to business recommendation — using internal metrics and external benchmarks to identify growth levers and margin opportunities.

* Independently identify and launch initiatives that improve efficiency, unit economics, and profitability.

* Conduct systematic competitive and market analysis to uncover new growth and monetization opportunities.

* Build business cases and analytical frameworks that directly shape strategic decisions — and take ownership of seeing them through.

* Drive strategic initiatives end-to-end, measuring progress against concrete business and margin outcomes.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit?

* 3–5 years of experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or corporate finance.

* Strong analytical skills: experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and preparing data-driven recommendations.

* Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, workflow automation, and improving the efficiency of analytical work.

* Genuine interest in seeing the big picture — working across multiple cross-functional contexts and understanding how every part of the business operates and connects.

* High ownership, high standards, and a track record of delivering high-quality results — holding yourself and others to that same bar.
