What you would do
* Build business relationships and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology. * Act as a senior escalation point for IT issues beyond standard support channels. * Support technology initiatives from small fixes to major cross-divisional projects. * Ensure applications and solutions follow group methodology, governance and reporting requirements. * Report annually on software licence usage and support right-sized subscriptions. * Analyse selected projects to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with architecture, security and governance standards. * Ensure application support, handover and support arrangements are fit for purpose. * Own documentation, delivery oversight and periodic review of new and existing applications.
What the employer is looking for
* Experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Application Management or Technology Consulting. * Experience working closely with business stakeholders, not only technical teams. * Strong Agile literacy and experience with Azure DevOps. * Power Platform experience is ideal. * Vendor and third-party management experience. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with ownership and minimal oversight. * Wealth management or broader financial services background is highly desirable.
