About the role
The Integration Team plays a critical role in helping customers deploy Sardine’s fraud, risk, and compliance products quickly and successfully, serving as the technical bridge between customer environments and our platform.
You'll own implementations end to end, working across APIs, webhooks, data mapping, event-driven workflows, and production issues to deliver scalable, high-quality integrations. You’ll partner closely with customers and cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and post-sales to solve technical problems, unblock deployments, and create a best-in-class implementation experience.
We’re looking for people who are deeply technical, highly hands-on, and excited to build in a fast-paced startup environment, whether as a strong individual contributor or as a player-coach helping lead and grow the team.
What you would do
- Lead, and develop a high-performing integration team focused on delivering seamless client onboarding and scalable technical solutions.
- Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end support during their onboarding process, setting our clients up for success
- Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and overall support documents
- Analyze clients' requirements from the technical and functional perspectives and design solutions by having a deep understanding of our system and products' capabilities
- Manage implementation projects, including monitoring project quality, managing timelines, mitigating risk, and driving deliverables
- Build a deep understanding of customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria so that you can provide solutions utilizing Sardine's technology
- Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders as the eyes and ears on the ground
What they are looking for
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, and systems analyst, working with multiple technical teams, both internal and external
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience working in the relevant domain (payment, fraud, risk, or compliance)
