About the role
At Stark, we forge the future of European and national security through cutting-edge, AI-driven technology and unmatched engineering precision. As a premier defence technology company, our mission is clear: to equip NATO Allies and their partners with next-generation autonomous defence platforms and advanced AI-driven software built to perform in the world’s most demanding environments.
We believe that true security stems from relentless innovation. By combining elite engineering talent with agile technology and an AI-native operational culture, Stark turns complex defence challenges into field-tested, multi-domain solutions.
At Stark, our embedded engineering team is responsible for bridging cutting-edge autonomy with resilient, real-world execution. We design and deliver the embedded control architecture, sensor integration, and secure communications backbones that keep our platforms connected, responsive, and safe.
What you would do
* Assemble control hardware and configure firmware. Test with launchers and C2 systems * Design and improve control system hardware taking it from prototype system to hardened field ready and mass producible product * Manage software code base and move towards certifiable system * Produce custom PCBs and enclosures to better package control system and increase reliability * Produce documentation for system and produce build/operation manuals
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE MISSION
