FITE Test Analyst

DLH delivers health and national security solutions for federal programs. This FITE Test Analyst role supports the DCGS-MC program, which is migrating US Marine Corps Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) processing capabilities into an integrated hardware and software system. The analyst will conduct functional requirements-based and integration testing to ensure system quality and compliance.

* Conduct functional requirements-based testing and integration testing in accordance with IEEE/EIA 12207 software testing practices * Analyze functional requirements and prepare detailed test steps and test cases for FITE systems * Assist in developing test documentation including Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), Test Plans, and Test Reports * Report and track software defects identified during formal testing activities

* 10 years of professional experience solving C4ISR or C2 technical problems * Training in systems engineering and software design/maintenance, including C4ISR systems architecture, hardware and software integration, and requirements analysis * Experience with system testing, validation, configuration management, and lifecycle maintenance of mission-critical DoD systems * Practical understanding of engineering concepts and quality/safety standards * Security+ certification obtained within 60 days of hire date * Active Top Secret security clearance at time of hire

* Proven experience drafting Test Plans, Test Procedures, GAT documents, and bug reporting * Track Management (system-of-systems) experience * Linux and networking experience * Tactical experience or C2 systems background
