We’re searching for a Director of Strategy & Finance who combines strong financial fluency with the strategic and operational judgment needed to help build an early-stage company.

In this role, you’ll own financial planning and forecasting while leading high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across the business. You’ll bring structure to complex questions, translate financial insights into action, and help shape the company’s near- and long-term direction.

The Director of Strategy & Finance will initially report to the CEO and collaborate closely with leaders across strategy, operations, finance, product, and clinical services.

Strategy and Operations

- Define and lead high-priority strategic initiatives across the company

- Help design, build, and bring new products and services to market

- Support the development and expansion of the company’s clinical offerings

- Build scalable processes for payer contracting and provider credentialing

- Identify operational roadblocks and take ownership of solving them

- Step into new strategic and operational priorities as the company grows

Strategic Finance and FP&A

- Partner with operations and senior leadership to develop and refine the company’s unit-economic model

- Lead budgeting and medium-term financial forecasting in partnership with senior leadership and the company’s accounting function

- Build financial analyses that support strategic and operational decision-making

- Prepare the company for future fundraising efforts

- Develop and refine the company’s long-range financial model, fundraising strategy, and investment narrative

- At least two years of experience in an operational role at an early-stage or high-growth healthcare company

- At least two to three years of experience in management consulting or investment banking

- Private equity due diligence experience is strongly preferred

- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities

- The ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous business challenges

- A willingness to take ownership of a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives

- Comfort working directly with senior leaders in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
