The Developer Relations Coordinator (DevRel Coordinator) oversees, tracks and coordinates developers participating in the CKBuilders and Build on CKB programmes. The DevRel Coordinator is the main point of contact for new builders working through CKB and Fiber documentation, helping them find relevant resources and connecting them with DevRel or other technical contributors when needed. The DevRel Coordinator also maintains close relationships with developers participating in NCC programmes and helps coordinate communication and support between these builders and CKB developer teams. The role also involves highlighting selected developer contributions to the wider community through social media. The DevRel Coordinator is a full-time contractor and reports to the NCC Director through regular meetings.

CleanSpark is seeking a Commercial Operations Associate to support their AI data center projects by overseeing procurement, contract administration, and financial analysis. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Commercial Operations and play a key part in evaluating vendor proposals, analyzing budget discrepancies, addressing commercial issues, and providing recommendations to ensure successful project delivery.

Trading Operations and Performance Analysis with AI

* Coordinate the entire trade lifecycle across various asset classes. Implement AI workflows using Python (ML) and MLOps tools to automate manual tasks and reconcile operations. * Conduct daily profit and loss attribution analysis, dissecting market movements, Greeks, and new activities. Employ AI/ML frameworks for anomaly detection in trade data and automated commentary generation for profit and loss reports. * Maintain data accuracy within trading systems, middle-office platforms, and financial ledgers. * Utilize AI tools to create reports and analyses on trading performance and perform adhoc business analytics.

Risk Monitoring & Control

* Develop real-time, AI-powered risk models using machine learning to forecast market volatility and alert the desk to emerging risks. * Establish and update advanced risk reporting dashboards for the desk.

Track and engage with active CKBuilders, CKBuilder alumni and Build on CKB members, maintaining regular communication and following up on project progress and support needs. Redesign and maintain the CKBuilder project tracker. Improve the visibility and presentation of developer activity across NCC programmes. Act as the first point of contact for developers with questions, directing them to appropriate resources or connecting them with DevRel and other technical contributors when needed. Provide constructive feedback on developer ideas and projects within the scope of the role. Develop developer engagement strategies on CKBoost and design campaigns where appropriate. Review weekly reports submitted by CKBuilders and follow up on progress or issues where needed. Showcase developer activity through social media posts. Contribute strategic input on NCC's positioning. Experience in developing AI workflows is highly advantageous. * Financial Knowledge: Familiarity with profit and loss attribution, financial controls, market risk indicators (Greeks, VaR), financial markets, and products. * Problem-Solving: Ability to approach operations with a "systems-thinking" mindset, aiming to automate manual tasks wherever possible. * Capacity: Capability to excel in a high-pressure environment, including working extended hours as needed to meet global trading requirements.
