Turn raw, messy data into clear decisions. You will own analyses end to end, build the dashboards leaders rely on, and become the person stakeholders come to when they need to understand what is really happening.

As a Data Analyst at SevenH, you will work across client engagements and our own products, partnering with consultants, engineers, and business owners. You will not just pull numbers, you will frame the question, find the signal, and make the recommendation. This is a high-ownership role for someone who loves turning ambiguity into clarity.

* Partner with stakeholders to frame business questions and define the metrics that answer them. * Collect, clean, join, and model data from databases, APIs, and files into trustworthy datasets. * Write performant, well-documented SQL and build self-serve dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. * Run analyses including cohort and segmentation analysis, funnels, retention, and A/B test readouts. * Establish a single source of truth for KPIs and guard definitions so the numbers are consistent. * Present findings as a clear narrative with a recommendation, not just charts. * Automate recurring reports and monitor data quality, flagging anomalies early. * Collaborate with engineering and ML teams to improve data pipelines and instrumentation.

* 2+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or a closely related data role. * Strong SQL (joins, window functions, CTEs) and advanced spreadsheet skills. * Hands-on expertise with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker). * Working knowledge of Python or R for analysis and automation. * A solid grasp of statistics: distributions, significance, correlation vs causation. * Clear written and verbal communication and the confidence to present to leaders.

* dbt and a cloud warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift). * Git, basic data modeling, and version-controlled analytics. * Exposure to experimentation platforms or basic machine learning.

What success looks like

* In 30 days: you have shipped your first dashboard and learned the core data sources. * In 90 days: stakeholders rely on your analyses to make weekly decisions. * In 6 months: you own a domain end to end and have improved how the team measures it.
