* Design and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, semantic data models, and AI-enabled analytics solutions using Snowflake, SQL, and Python * Partner with operations leaders across Enrollment, Claims Operations, Grievances & Appeals, Provider Data Management, and more to understand goals and translate needs into clear requirements * Analyze claims, enrollment, workforce, and provider data to uncover trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement * Present findings and data stories to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership * Evaluate and adopt emerging AI and automation tools to keep the team’s analytics innovative and scalable

What Gets You the Job:

* 5+ years of healthcare payor, claims analytics, or health plan operations experience, with a strong understanding of claims and enrollment data * 5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and Python * Experience with AI-powered analytics or generative AI tools, plus a genuine eagerness to learn and embrace new technologies * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the executive presence to turn data into compelling stories for non-technical audiences * Experience with Streamlit (highly preferred), Databricks, QNXT, and business process documentation is a strong plus
