Job Category: Non-IT Experience Required: Experienced — 3 years Qualification: Diploma, Engineering Job Address: Hosur, Hosur --- Job Description We are seeking an experienced Molding Design & Tooling Manager to lead our mold design team and oversee all tooling operations for our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for designing and developing molding requirements, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and ensuring the plant maintains adequate tooling capabilities and trained personnel to support all phases of operations. The ideal candidate will drive a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Required • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field • 7+ years of experience in mold design and tooling within a manufacturing environment • Proven experience leading and managing technical teams • Strong knowledge of molding processes and tooling requirements • Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing principles and deployment • Experience with problem-solving methodologies (Six Sigma, 8D, Root Cause Analysis) • Strong project management and organizational skills • Excellent leadership and communication abilities • Ability to develop and implement training programs for tooling personnel Nice to Have • Advanced degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Management • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification • Experience with CAD/CAM software for mold design • Knowledge of injection molding, compression molding, or blow molding processes • Experience in automotive, consumer products, or plastics manufacturing industries • Familiarity with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles • Change management experience
