- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of platform engineers and administrators responsible for the operational health of Cyderes' managed security and infrastructure platforms.

- Meet Service level agreements and uptime targets by ensuring platform availability, performance, and capacity across SIEM, EDR, FW, and related toolsets.

- Establish and lead operational thoughtfulness: incident management, change management, problem management, patching, upgrades, and platform lifecycle processes.

- Act as an escalation point for complex platform issues, coordinating with Security Operations, Engineering, and Client Delivery teams to resolve incidents quickly.

- Partner with global Platform Operations leadership in the US, Canada, and UK to align processes, share knowledge, and ensure consistent 24x7 follow-the-sun coverage.

- Create automation and tooling programs to reduce manual effort, improve reliability, and scale platform operations as our client base grows.

- Own capacity planning, staffing, and scheduling for the India Platform Operations team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.

- Develop and track Measurements and operational metrics; report on platform health, team performance, and improvement projects to senior leadership.

- Support security and compliance requirements, including access management, audit readiness, and adherence to Cyderes' information security policies.

- Contribute to strategic planning for platform architecture, tooling investments, and process improvements across the Managed Platforms organization.
