* 5+ years in enterprise ecommerce, SaaS platforms, or digital consulting * Proven experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, or Senior Consultant) * Deep understanding of ecommerce architectures: Storefronts, APIs, OMS, PIM, CMS, ERP integrations * Familiarity with headless commerce and MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) * Strong ability to read and understand architecture diagrams, API documentation, and technical specifications * Hands-on understanding of integrations via REST, GraphQL, and webhooks * Experience with monitoring tools, incident processes, and SLAs

* Experience in ecommerce platform migrations or replatforming projects * Background in pre-sales engineering or post-sales consulting * Familiarity with platforms like SCAYLE, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, CommerceTools, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), or Shopify Plus * Understanding of international ecommerce challenges such as localization, tax, fulfillment, and compliance * Fluency in German is a strong plus
