* Lead the technical direction and strategy for DevOps, Cloud and Platform Engineering. * Act as a technical authority across AWS and Kubernetes. * Lead cross-team initiatives around scalability, reliability, security and delivery. * Define engineering standards, best practices and architectural patterns. * Drive improvements across CI/CD, Terraform/IaC and platform engineering. * Identify and address technical debt, operational risks and bottlenecks. * Mentor engineers and help develop technical leadership across teams. * Partner with Engineering, Product and Security leadership on architecture and technology decisions. * Remain hands-on with high-impact technical design and problem solving.

DevOps - Tech Lead

Dublin | Hybrid - 1 day per week onsite | Up to €120,000 + bonus

We're looking for an experienced DevOps Tech Lead to take ownership of technical direction across Cloud, DevOps and Platform Engineering within a growing technology organisation.

This is a senior technical leadership role where you'll influence architecture, drive engineering standards, mentor engineers and lead cross-team initiatives, while remaining hands-on for complex technical challenges.

* Strong background in DevOps, SRE, Platform or Cloud Engineering. * Experience providing technical leadership across multiple teams. * Deep AWS expertise, ideally including large-scale environments. * Strong Kubernetes / EKS experience. * Excellent Terraform / Infrastructure as Code experience. * Experience with CI/CD, cloud architecture, reliability and observability. * Proven ability to influence architecture and engineering standards. * Strong mentoring and communication skills. * Experience at Senior, Lead, Principal or Staff level.
