Temporary: 12-18 months

Working hours: 3-5 days per week

* Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

* Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals

* Provide insight and advice to senior management on financial planning and risk management

* Lead financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies

* Collaborate with executive teams to optimise financial performance and operational efficiency

Essential skills & experience:

* Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, particularly as a CFO or equivalent

* Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting

* Experience managing complex financial structures and stakeholder relationships

* Sound understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements

* Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership capabilities

* Chartered Accountant
